We've had a lot of rain in the past few days and that's gotten us thinking about storms. All of the employees here at Coates IT have lived in Florida for a long time, so we're well acquainted with hurricanes. When do you prepare for a hurricane? Do you go out and stock up on canned goods and bottled water while the weather is still calm or do you wait until the eye of the storm has made landfall? So, why do we tend to wait until our technology is "blowing up" before learning how to properly manage it? We'd like to encourage you to take a more proactive approach. Take a little time every so often to learn how to make things work for you, not against you, and prevent blow-ups as much as possible.

Take a moment to review our latest Click-N-Learn newsletter and take note of some or all of the tips that will be most helpful to your business. As always, we welcome your feedback and look forward to growing in our relationship.

Enjoy!

Disasters can come in many forms and they can happen when you least expect it. Only 6% of companies that suffer catastrophic data loss survive while 43% never reopen and 51% close within 2 years of the disaster. 93% of the companies that did not have their data backed up in the event of a disaster went out of business.
