Navigate in Outlook

Many businesses use Microsoft Outlook as their email program. As with any commonly used program, many users find it increases efficiency and convenience to learn a few simple keyboard shortcuts. In addition to sending and receiving email, Outlook can perform a variety of useful functions to help you stay organized. You can schedule appointments on your Outlook calendar and invite others to join you at these designated times, manage your contacts (not just email addresses, but a full address book), make yourself a to-do list with due dates, and take notes on the computer as you would with any notepad.

To navigate between different features of Outlook, try these shortcut keys:
